The Marriott Hotel is a 153 room hotel being constructed in downtown Victoria by Campbell Construction. RCMI's involvement with this project is leveling the site and preparing the foundation.
The hotel is owned by Ocean Properties in a joint venture with Concert Properties. The project value is $23,000,000 (Canadian).
Langvista Subdivision contains 72 residential building lots on a hill overlooking Langford. Langvista is owned and being developed by Taitinger Developments.
RCMI is preparing roads and house lots using strictly controlled blasting techniques to blast approximately 200,000 m3 of rock on this 28 acre commercial development.
